Job Description: Responsible for all leadership and management of private equities held in food manufacturing.  Directs and contributes to the on-going growth of businesses.  Acts as the catalyst between operations and innovation team.  Accountable for overall management of acquisitions, maintains analysis, evaluation, and deal sourcing.  Core member of the executive team, contributing to the strategic direction and daily operations of the company.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business/technical-related field is required; Masters preferred.
  • Five (5) years or more of food manufacturing experience; FDA, USDA experience.
  • Acquisitions experience with $10 to $100 million per investment.
