Your unique role with the company: Reporting to the VP of Manufacturing, you will fill a critical role within the organization. The Extrusion Process Engineer is a hands on technical position with a broad responsibility. You will travel between 5 plants, two miles from each other, overseeing production of 10 new extruders. Working with the plant managers and shift managers, you will develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures for all production runs. This is a 24/7 operation and you will be one of the 6 leaders within the company.

Background Profile:
  • Expertise in Plastic Profile Extrusion Processing
  • 5+years’ Experience in Extrusion Processing
  • Exposure to extrusion tooling design is a plus
  • Working knowledge of various software tools including MS Office Products and ERP systems.
