General Manager

Job Description: Oversee and manage production, quality control, procurement, inventory management, finance, sales and marketing in a 40 to 50 personnel bakery production facility. This position has executive leadership responsibility of every aspect of the company's operation and plays a critical role in strategic planning to guide the future of growth and development.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business/technical-related field is required.
  • Five (5) years or more of related work experience in a food manufacturing environment; bakery or dough is a major plus.
  • Experience in demand planning/production scheduling; make to inventory, and/or working with an MRP via an ERP software.
  • Experience working with private equity organizations.
  • USDA, HACCP, FDA, experience required.
  • Travel up to 25%
