Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will have 5 direct reports and 3-5 indirect and provide leadership to the Production Specialist. Effectively managing to achieve safe, environmentally sound and cost-efficient operations while meeting production and quality requirements.
  • Adhere to all PSM and plant HSE standards
  • Direct and manager the overall unit operation including control of fixed costs
  • Effectively utilize operators, facilitators, engineers, R&D, and support teams
  • Lead safety excellence, improvement initiatives, and people development

Background Profile:
  • B.S. in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline
  • 7+ years’ experience in a chemical plant or similar industrial facility
  • Experience leading improvements in safety, operations, and quality
  • Hands-on style in fast-paced chemical operations setting
