Sanitation Supervisor

Location: Nashville, TN

Job Summary: The Sanitation Supervisor works with the Sanitation Manager, Plant Manager, and Production/Sanitation staff to ensure food safety standards are maintained throughout the site.  The supervisor will train sanitation employees, maintain / implement the sanitation program, and enforce food safety standards.  Further roles include assisting with any customer complaint issues and assisting with the development of procedure and paperwork.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Sanitation or combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in food industry with at least 3 years as a Sanitation Supervisor is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP preferred.
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Allergens, & SQF.
