Salary Range $80,000 - $100,000 PLUS Great Benefits & Paid Relocation

Your core & daily responsibilities will include:
*Prepare process specifications and documenting required SOPs 
*Identify and lead process optimization initiatives resulting for maximum efficiencies
*Responsible for cost-effective and timely plant MRO purchases
*Ability to select, optimize Process Controls & train users
*Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical expertise to resolve manufacturing & processing issues
*Skilled at improving plant processes while meeting quality, timeline & budgetary objectives
 
The ideal candidate has the following:
* Experience with cast film extrusion; resin or polymer chemical, manufacturing processes is a plus
*PSM Engineering, Lead incident investigations, conducting PHA’s, implementing corrective   action plans
*Experience reviewing equipment design, procedures, & installations for compliance with safety protocols & reporting deficiencies
 *Ability to lead & train plant personnel on all Process Safety related issues
 
Minimum Required Skills:
* BS in Chemical Engineering
* Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
* Cast film extrusion experience (mono-layered or coextruded films)
* Experience with a continuous process discipline such as Six Sigma/Lean/TQM
* Strong leadership and project management experience
