Project Engineer Job in Casper Wyoming (WY)

Critical Tasks:
1. Design and manage projects.
2. Knowledge of API and ASME standards (API 510, B31.3 piping, Section VIII Vessels)
3. Familiar with pressure vessel repair and design.
4. Assist inspection on PSM.
5. Consult with refinery management regarding on-going maintenance.

Requirements:
B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years refining experience on projects or maintenance work
Project management of $1 to $5 mm cost a plus
Be able to track project cost and schedule preferably p-5 schedule experience
Communication skills for selling project work, payout scenarios, reliability concerns
Computer skills including power point and Microsoft project
