What you need:
- 3+ years experience in Microfluidic Research including microfluidic device fabrication working with plastics, silicon and glass
- Clean room, laboratory procedures, chemical separation and detection, sample preparation and working with fluid handling equipment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- PhD Engineering, Physical Sciences or related field
What you'll be doing:
- Research microfabrication for microfluidics applications using state-of-the-art equipment - Clean room; wet etching; plasma processing; silicon; micro machining; and lithography
- Design, fabricate and test microfluidic devices in a laboratory environment for commercial applications
- Collaborate with team members; report and present on findings and discoveries
